ALASKA SEA SALT: Our sea salt adventure explores salt harvested from the Pacific Ocean. For Alaska, we teamed up with our friends at Bitterman Salt Co. We paired the pristine Alaska Pure Flake Sea Salt with Ranger’s Makers blend of cacao. Sea salt is turned into the chocolate to add texture and retain its true flavor.

NORD: Northern Haiti, 75% Dark Chocolate. In Northern Haiti, the cacao farmers are supported by the organizations PISA and APROCANO. They ensure higher wages for farmers with closely managed quality and centralized processing. Tasting notes: caramel, honey, banana, molasses.

OREGON WINE COUNTRY, PINOT NOIR: This bar infuses Adelsheim Vineyard’s annual Pinot noir harvest directly into our chocolate making process — a wine and chocolate pairing like never before. This unique chocolate takes over 500 hours per batch — a special chocolate that will make your next wine & chocolate moment like no other.
